You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any contractor you choose to work with. We strongly encourage you to verify contractor licenses, insurance, and references independently before entering into any agreement.

4. User Representations

By submitting a quote request, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are the owner or authorized representative of the property for which you are requesting services.
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You consent to being contacted by Homelynk and its contractor partners regarding your request.

5. Communications Consent

By submitting your information through our Site, you expressly consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages — including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice — from Homelynk and its contractor partners at the phone number and email address you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly.

6. Free Service

Our quote matching service is provided at no cost to homeowners. Homelynk is compensated by contractors and marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners seeking services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Homelynk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
